2022 Year End Giving

Merry Christmas and Thank You to all of our donors, prayers partners and sponsors! I want to take a moment to thank you all for being part of our Task Force Heroes Team and bring you a brief Christmas message as we reflect on the blessed year of 2022 the Lord granted us.

As Christmas rapidly approaches, we can’t help but begin to think of the word “Gift.” It is that time of year when we scramble around mulling over our loved ones’ Christmas lists, trying to find deals and struggling to get gifts we WANT to give. We end up entrenched in the hustle and bustle of the season, leaving us vulnerable to forgetting the true celebration. What if we took a moment to reflect on the word gift and what Gift is true, real, and has the ability to offer eternal life? This is not what we find on the shelves of Walmart or Macy’s, but the real Gift that was given to us by God. There is no other gift that can save, redeem, forgive, sustain, provide, bring peace, hope, protect, and love unconditionally, as the gift of Jesus can. And the best part, it is free to us! The gift of Salvation!

This is and should be our real focus every Christmas. He set the tone for giving. God sent his son to be born unto us, saving us from our sin, defining the true meaning of love and sacrifice.

At Task Force Heroes, we have been blessed by the Lord through donations giving us the ability to provide a safe and peaceful environment for our Nation’s Heroes to find rest, renewal and the message of the Gift of Christ. It is our privilege and honor to serve those who serve us.

But we could not do it without your support. Whether that is prayers, sponsorships, donations or volunteer efforts, we couldn’t do it without you! Thank you for being a part of our Team!

May your Christmas season be a season of Hope, Love, and Faith as we remember and reflect on the true Gift of Christmas....His name is Jesus!
